What materials are used to make your statues?
Our statues are crafted using a combination of premium materials including medical-grade silicone for hyper-realistic skin textures, hand-implanted real hair, and hand-blown glass eyes. Structural components are made from high-quality polystone and mixed media, while clothing and fabric elements are made from real tailored materials. Every piece is hand-painted and quality checked by master sculptors and painters.
What scale are your statues made in?
We primarily produce statues in 1/3 scale, which delivers an impressive and highly detailed presence. Select pieces are available in 1/4 scale or life-size (1/1) depending on the character and edition. All scale dimensions are listed on each individual product page.
Are your statues hand-painted?
Yes. Every statue is individually hand-painted by our master artists. Because of this, minor variations between pieces are normal and are a mark of authenticity — no two statues are exactly alike. Each piece is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our strict quality standards.
Where are your statues made?
Our statues are designed and produced in-house by a dedicated team of sculptors, painters, and craftspeople. We use only premium materials sourced to meet the highest collectible standards, ensuring each piece is a true work of art.
Ordering & Pre-Orders
Do you offer pre-orders and how do deposits work?
Yes, most of our statues are available as pre-orders due to their limited production runs. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of pre-order to secure your piece. The remaining balance is charged closer to the shipping date. Full payment details are shown at checkout.
Are your statues limited edition?
Yes. All of our statues are produced in strictly limited edition runs. Each piece comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity. Once an edition sells out it will not be reproduced, making each statue a rare and valuable collectible.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plan options on select pieces to make high-end collecting more accessible. Payment plan details vary by product and are shown on the individual product page. Please contact us if you need assistance setting up a plan.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because our statues are made to order and produced in limited quantities, order cancellations and changes may not always be possible after a pre-order is placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming. Contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to make a change and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping & Packaging
How are your statues packaged and shipped?
Each statue is carefully packed in a custom foam-lined collector's box designed to protect the piece during transit. For larger statues, additional outer packaging is used. We work with specialist art shipping couriers to ensure your statue arrives safely. All shipments are insured and tracked.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.
How long does production and delivery take?
:Production times vary per statue and are listed on each product page. Pre-orders typically take several months to produce due to the handcrafted nature of each piece. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
What happens if my statue arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every statue but if your piece arrives damaged please photograph the damage and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All shipments are insured and we will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or repair.
Care & Display
How do I care for and maintain my statue?
To keep your statue in pristine condition we recommend dusting it regularly with a soft dry brush or microfiber cloth. Avoid direct sunlight as UV exposure can fade paint and materials over time. Keep away from high humidity environments. For silicone skin areas avoid harsh chemicals or solvents. Store in the original box if not on display.
How much space do I need to display a 1/3 scale statue?
Our 1/3 scale statues are impressive in size and typically range from 60cm to 80cm in height. We recommend a sturdy display shelf or dedicated display cabinet with adequate depth and clearance. Exact dimensions and weight are listed on each product page so you can plan your display space accordingly.
Do the statues come with a display base?
Yes, all of our statues come with a custom-designed themed display base that complements the character and scene. The base is included in the price and is an integral part of the overall presentation of the piece.

Does each statue come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Every statue comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity confirming its limited edition status. This certificate adds to the collectible value of the piece and verifies it as a genuine product from our studio.
Do your statues increase in value over time?
Because our statues are produced in strictly limited runs and are highly sought after by collectors, many pieces do appreciate in value after they sell out. However we cannot guarantee future resale value. We recommend purchasing pieces you love and wish to display and enjoy.
